Iam sorry that it has taken me so long to contact you. But i would like to say a big thank you for the kindness and professionalism that you showed to Joanne and i during our trip. I would like you to show this email to Churchill by way of a recommendation to their future clients.
Your kindness, consideration and humour eased the stress that we were under during the last few days of our tour. Iam sad to have to tell you that my Mother died on the Thursday morning that we returned from QE. So on returning to the UK i was caught up in funeral arrangements and the trauma of the aftermath.
I hope that one day i may return again to Uganda and that we will be able to use your splendid services again.
